As Built Survey

As Built surveys or Work as executed surveys are often required by council for the completion of construction to be signed off. These surveys must be completed by a licensed surveyor for them to be compliant.

The purpose of the as built survey is to ensure that the works are completed as per the council approved designs and they have not strayed from the original intent.

The as built survey focuses on the positioning of the structure, the levels of the structure and the levels of the roads, access ways, sewage, storm water and other essential infrastructure.
